Exercise is important, now more than ever. Spending time at home doesn’t mean that you need to be sedentary and loose the strength and health gains that you have worked so hard to achieve.

Option A: Do a class that is pre-recorded – so you can participate at any time.

Option B: Join a LIVE exercise class. Where you can see us and your class mates online and have a class environment.
